
Complaint Details - Summary
Upon our return from France, I put together a comprehensive complaint detailing how we felt the quality of our experience was way below expectation. To the point that it was a ghastly plot and surround.

The below shows the complaint put forward to Eurocamp, with the addition of a video further highlighting the sunlounge area and the Rep's backyard. Also, it will show the difference between what we were provided with versus what the Eurocamp website displayed.

Incidentally, Eurocamp responded on 14th September 2019 stating that they offered the dwelling and it's plot in good faith and that 'marketing law' allows them to represent the site and accommodation in the best way possible online.

In their eyes, what they provided was totally acceptable..........the complaint continues as I will not let that be the end of it.
